Trophy-Worthy Tailgatin'
Beer, hotdogs, football -- what could be better? How 'bout a road trip to the best tailgating spots ever! (Who cares who's playing? It's all about the party!)

College football season is underway, and since the cold weather has yet to arrive, it's the perfect time for you and your buddies check out a game (outside, that is). Forget about the action on the field! Throw a few six packs and the old charcoal grill in your trunk and head off to the parking lot, where thousands of other tailgaters will surely be partaking in pre-game festivities. And in case you feel like taking an extended road trip, here's our guide to the top tailgating spots in the country:

Oxford, Mississippi: Before the Ole Miss Rebels take the football field, women in formal dresses and men in sports coats congregate on the Grove, a 10-acre park in the center of campus. The tailgate tents look as sharp as the people in them, bearing flowers, chandeliers, and fancy eating utensils in lieu of the typical plastic goods.
